Give Me Toys: Return Policy

Items that are Damaged during Transit:

• You must contact us within 3 business days of your delivery date to report damage. Your cooperation with the insurance provider is necessary in order to facilitate a replacement or refund

Website Purchases:

• We accept website purchase returns within 30 days of your shipping date. You must contact us to obtain a return merchandise authorization before returning your unwanted item. Items you wish to return must be in their original condition and must be sealed in the original packaging. If the returned item is not in new condition, if the item has been removed from and then put back in the package, or if the tag has been removed the item will be discarded and a refund will not be issued. We do not refund shipping fees.

Auctions:

• Auction items have their own return policy as stated in each auction listing which supersedes the web site policy.
